520 _aEXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop Petmania: Animal Planet Mobile Application. This was conducted at University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal during Academic Year 2018-2019. The researchers used 100% population of fourth year BS Biology and ten (10) selected Biology and IT Professors at University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. The respondents were chosen to test the developed program. The system was designed and created using c# as programming language and paint.net and Photoshop for background, sprites and picture editing. It was found out that the developed program was very much accepted in terms of accuracy, applicability, completeness, user-friendliness, workability, portability, clarity and modifiability. Based on the findings and conclusion, it is recommended that the developed Petmania: Animal Planet Mobile Application can be utilized for encouraging the students and for teaching some basic steps in taking care of pets. To encourage the students and see the good things in taking care of pets. Follow up study may be conducted for the further enhancement of the program
