520 _aEXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was designed to develop a multimedia-based learning instructional material in selected topics in Physics and to determine its acceptability as per evaluation of the respondents. The instructional material was evaluated by two (2) teachers of science form Tanay National High School and two (2) professors from the University of Rizal System-Morong Campus and twenty two (22) grade 9 students of Tanay National High School to determine the acceptability of the developed material. This was conducted during the school year 2013-2014. The research design used was descriptive evaluate design utilizing questionnaire-checklist as guide of the respondents in the determination of the acceptability to the instructional material. The respondents were asked to evaluate the instructional material for its acceptability along content, organization and presentation, language and style, and usability. The data were collected, tallied, computed, tabulated, interpreted and analyzed in accordance to the statistical tools applied. To determine the acceptability of the material as for the evaluation of the respondents, mean was used and to establish the significant difference, t-test was applied. Based from the data, teachers and students evaluated the acceptability of material as Much and Very Much accepted respectively, along the specific aspects that were considered for evaluation. Moreover, there was a significant difference found in the evaluation of the two groups of respondents along organization and presentation, and usability. However, no significant difference was found along content, and language and style which rejected the null hypothesis.
