520 _aManagement Feasibility The proponents of the business are Ivynne Carlo S. Gaminde, a capitalist and industrial partner while Mark Richard SJ. Dunghit, Ma Norma G Go and Epifanio R Gaminde will act as capitalist partners. They agreed to contribute money and services to start and operate the business. Mr Ivynne Carlo S. Gaminde will serve as the manager of the business and will hire two (2) personnel to help in the daily operation of the business. The proponents will secure the necessary permits and licenses and register the business to the different government agencies before the commencement of the business. The job qualification as well as the duties and responsibilities of each personnel were also enumerated to have a clear function in the business. Marketing Feasibility The primary target market of the business are mostly residents of Barangay Cuyambay Tanay, Rizal particular in Sitio Tablon. The secondary markets of the business were the households from nearby barangays. There are many water refilling stations in other barangays but there is no existing business delivering water in the area, so the business has no direct competitors. The business will supply water refilled in the said sitio. The suppliers are the existing water refilling stations in Barangay Sampaloc. The business will use various strategies such as tarpaulin, flyers and facebook and other forms of social media to promote the business. Based on the survey conducted, there is a need for a delivery of mineral water in the Sitio Tablon this due to the fact that there is no existing water delivery business in the area. Technical Feasibility The business will supply mineral water in Sitio Tablon at affordable price. There will be a specific schedule for water delivery. The customers can order through calls, text messages and messenger. The business will buy/purchase from the different suppliers of bottled water and deliver it to the target market. The business will efficiently and effectively utilized the resources of the business in the acquisition of office machinery and delivery equipment amounting to PhP251,000.00. The utility expenses will cost PhP1,100.00 monthly and PhP78,160.00 for the merchandise expense. Financial Feasibility The partners will invest PhP400,000.00 each for a total project cost of PhP1,600,000.00 for the business to be operational. The amount constitutes all the necessary expenses for the whole year which include permits and licenses, purchase of machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures. Salaries and employer's contribution, utility expense, advertisement, miscellaneous expense, janitorial, merchandise and consumable expenses were also included. In the first year of operation, the business is expected to earn a net income of PhP496,880.30. All expenses incurred are deducted from the gross income including 30% income tax. The net income shall be distributed according to each partner's share in equity. The business will have an ending cash balance of PhP2,078,130.00 and a total assets of PhP2,309,829.00. The proposed business is able to generate profit as reflected in the computed financial statements, there are profits left after tax and other expenses incurred during the years of operation. Moreover, it also depicted that the business is able to stay and operate for a long period of time since it can meet current obligations in full due, this is very important to continue the smooth operation of the firm. The cash payback period is 2.61. This means that the business can recover its investment in just 2 years and 7 months of continues operation. Socio-Economic Feasibility The business aims to be known and be recognized as a business that provides fast water delivery business in the area that offers quality and safe drinking water to its clients. The business will also generate employment to the people who need jobs, pay the necessary taxes to the government and be of help to the people in the community by providing potable water at their convenience. Conclusion to Feasibility Based on the survey conducted by the proponents, Rapids Water Delivery Service will be feasible and successful from the chosen location which is Sitio Tablon, Barangay Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal. The business manifests an increasing income in a five-year projection, with an ROI of 0.13 and cash payback period of 2 years and 7 months. This only proves that the proposed business is feasible.
