520 _aThis study aimed to know the usefulness of status differential reduction of managers to employees. The respondents of the studywere thetwo managers and 13 employeesfrom different departments in B.C Cuerpo Construction Inc in Rodriguez, Rizal. They were purposively selected by the researchers The researchers used descriptive method of research to determine the usefuines of status differential reduction Interview guide questions was used and the obtained data wereinterpretedandanalyzed thematically From gathered data, the following findings were drawn On the profile of the respondents in terms of age 58 years old was the oldest, in terms of sex, females outnumbered males in terms of length of service, 30 years was the longest years of service. In terms of position, most of them were staff On usefulness of status differential reduction of managers to employees performance, productivity became more evident. In terms of social working environment, harmonious relationship was sustained. The most prevailing problem identified was lack of communication which results to misunderstanding and wrong outputs. The following conclusions are drawn based on the findings. Thecompany has been existing for a long period of time. Indeed, some of its employees have been serving the company for decades. Superiors established better working conditions with their subordinates through the observance of differential reduction Communication is significant in the smooth operation of a company
