520 _aThis study aimed to determine the instructional competencies of the Selected Private Elementary School teachers in the Second Congressional District of Quezon City in using virtual learning modality during the School Year 2022- 2023. Specifically, it sought answers as to the profile of the respondents, instructional competencies and their significant relationship. It attempted to answer the challenges and opportunities encountered by the respondents during their online classes. It was conducted at the five Selected Private Elementary Schools in the Second Congressional District of Quezon City during the School Year 2022-2023. The respondents of the study were the teachers, subject coordinators and school heads.
