520 _aThis study aimed to assess the Operation of Microfinance Institutions in Rodriguez, Rizal for academic year 2018-2010. The study sought to answer the profile of the respondents in terms of its number of years in operation, number of members and their average weekly loan releases, how do Microfinance Institutions offer Loans, Savings, and Other Services to its members and how does it sustain its operation. The researchers used Descriptive Method using interview guide questions to gather the needed data and information with regard to the Operation of Microfinance In Rodriguez, Rizal. Interview was used to obtain Information needed in the study. It involved collecting data in order to assess assumptions and to answer questions concerning the current status of the study From the conducted interview, the following findings were determined: On the profile of the Microfinance Institutions in terms of number of years in operation, number of members and average weekly loan releases, regardless of how many years a Microfinance Institution has in the operation, the number of members can have still vary in different aspects. One aspect that can be seen on it is the average weekly loan release of the Institution. If it will be based on the amount of loan that the institution releases for its members, a Microfinance Institution which started a year ago may have more members to gain compared to those Microfinance Institution who's already years older than it if the members can see how willing the institution is to release larger amount of loan compared to others.
