520 _aThe proposed name of the firm is "JJC BRISKLY GAS ENTERPRISE JJC came from the researcher's first initial name who are Jolina, James and Cornelio "BRISKLY" that means done with quickness and energy quick and efficient and "GAS ENTERPRISE" which is the central concept of the project. The proponents decided to choose general partnerships in which each proponent binds themselves to contribute money, property, or industry into a common fund with the intention of dividing profits among themselves (Article 1767 of the civil code of the Philippines). A general partnership is an arrangement by which partners conducting a business jointly have unlimited liability, which means their personal assets are liable to the partnership's obligations. General partnership is the one in which all profits managerial responsibilities and liability for debts are shared in equal proportion among the partners.
