520 _aThe study aimed to know the Employers Feedbacks on Human Resource Development Management graduates of 2014-2016 The researchers used Descriptive survey method with questionnaire checklist used in gathering data The respondents of the study were the employers of 138 Human Resource Development Management graduates from 2014-2016 who are currently employed during the conduct of the study. Graduates have to be employed for at Jeast three months. There are 139 totals of graduates in year 2014-2016 but there are only 35 employed during the conduct of the study who are working from the different areas of Rodriguez. San Mateo and Quezon City. It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2017-2018. For the statistical treatment of the study, frequency and percentage distribution were used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender job title and length of service. To determine the Employers Feedbacks on Human Resource Development Management Graduates, mean was utilized. To determine the significant difference between the profile of the respondents and the Employers Feedback on Human Resource Development Management Graduates ANNOVA was used Based on the data gathered from the respondents the following findings were obtained: With regard to the profile of the respondents in terms of age, most of them are at the age ranging from 38-40 with the frequency of 10 or 28.6 percent, While in terms of gender, most of the respondents are female with a frequency of 23 or 65.7 percent in terms of job title most of the respondents are Manager with the frequency of 15 or 42.9 percent: In terms of length service. most of the respondents are in service for almost 7 years above with the frequency of 16 or 45.7 percent.
