520 _aThe study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Flipped Classroom in teaching mathematics in senior high school. It was conducted at Lucrecia R. Kasilag Senior High School, Division of Quezon City, during the School Year 2020 -2021. The study used an experimental research design and descriptive qualitative approach utilizing pretest-posttest and focus group discussion (FGD). The respondents were Grade 11 students randomly selected to represent the experimental and control groups. Both groups were under a blended learning modality due to some changes in the education system. The experimental group classes were integrated with Flipped Classroom strategy. On the other hand, the control group classes were under the conventional teaching method. Both groups underwent assessments known as the pretest and posttest. The experimental group showed a higher mean difference based on the results gathered. The increase in the mean scores of the experimental group during the posttest was found significant, proving that students improved their performance level. Furthermore, findings have shown a significant difference between the posttest mean scores of the experimental and control groups. The result implied that the Flipped Classroom strategy significantly enhanced the students' competencies in mathematics.
