520 _aThe business name is ShawBurger. It combines the two famous snacks "Shawarma" and "Burger." The store offers three different varieties; the ShawBurger Classic, ShawBurger with Fries, and ShawBurger with Fries and Drink. Customers can also buy a separate drink if they want to. The store of ShawBurger is located in San Jose, Rodriguez Rizal which will suit the proposed concept due to many potential customers. The main purpose of establishing the ShawBurger store is to offer something different to the market that can exceed customer's expectations. It resembles a partnership, with each member splitting yearly profits and losses equally. The initial capital contributed by each shareholder is PHP 80,000.00 or 25% of the total capital of PHP 320,000.00. The store has four (4) employees; the Cook who prepares the food and monitors the stocks, the Cashier who receives the order and handles the money in the cash registrar, and two (2) Dining Staff who help in cleaning the tables and provide assistance to the cook. ShawBurger is open from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM every Tuesday Sunday. The owners themselves handle the store and the employees have their employee benefits. The company will use a cost-based strategy, with ShawBurger basing its prices on its products' cost and operation. Since the location is in San Jose Rodriguez Rizal, the target market of the store is students, neighboring villages and subdivisions around the area, residents, people passing by, and those knowledgeable in using social media platforms, specifically Facebook. The store promotes and accepts orders from Facebook as part of the marketing strategy of ShawBurger. The suppliers of the store are Chavez Bakery for its Burger Buns. The meat supplier is Jerwin's Meat Shop, the vegetable supplier is Jayson Vegetable Merchandise and for grocery items, The Landmark Supermarket has the best price. The product manufacturing process is indicated in Chapter 4 of the study. The financial analysis of the business contains financial statements, such as the cost of goods sold, income statement, cash flows, balance sheet, and financial ratios. These financial aspects of the business were connected as they all interpreted the financial situation of the business through numerical statistics. First-year of the business operation can achieve a sale of PHP 2,433,600.00, an income of PHP 316,037.26, a total balance amount of assets and liabilities. equity of PHP 771,481.80, and a cash balance of PHP 719,681.80. An annual increase in the percentages of amounts will be computed following the projected timetable of the business for five years. Finally, the business plays an important role for society in providing affordable food products. ShawBurger provides quality and satisfying dishes for customers who crave and desire food. But like other businesses, ShawBurger would also experience problems and risks, particularly in the existing competition in the food business because of the rise of the different online food businesses due to the pandemic.
