520 _aThe purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the new learning environment on the public elementary pupils of the Southvillle 8. This research was carried out at Southville 8 elementary school during the year 2022-2023, having 30 respondents composed of selected pupils. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers developed questions regarding the challenges they have encountered in the new leaming environment. This study used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. It included an interview to validate the assumption of their responses to the questions and provide information showing how the problems affected the respondents. The following findings were collected as a result of the study. On the profile of the respondents, there were 30 public elementary students. In terms of sex, there were 11 males and 19 females. In terms of grade level there were 10 students in every level starting from grade four to sex and in terms of age there wens 4 students that below 9 years old, 16 students which age ranged from 10 to 11 years old, 7 students age ranged from 12 to 13 years, old and a students were 14 and above. All respondents were public elementary pupils. The respondents financial troubles were Disagree, which suggested that some students have financial difficulties, but not frequently, as the results from the first to fifth statements of the questionnaire used are mainly neutral. Meanwhile, based on the data gathered, students have a positive class performance, with only a small population of respondents failing to cooperate in some group activities. When it comes to the students' challenges in terms of grade/GWA, the average is neutral, showing that some students are having difficulty maintaining or achieving high scores/grades in school. The result also shows that there is no significance between the student's profile and to the challenges they encountered in the new learning environment. The respondents also gave some of their insights on how they cope with the challenges and also gave their suggestions that they could use whenever they face these challenges again. The study's findings and conclusions provided the groundwork for the researchers' recommendations. To the Parents, should be aware of the challenges their children face in the new learning environment, offering care, guidance, and protection accordingly. Understanding their child's situation and providing support is crucial.
