520 _aThis study aimed to find out the level of Dexterity Development of Grade Schoolers in Utilizing Project-Based Learning for Academic Year 2018-2019. This study used the Descriptive-evaluative and Qualitative Research Methods which aim to determine the nature of situation, as it exists at the time of study and to explore the causes of particular phenomena. The researchers conducted interview to the respondents. There were 15 respondents randomly selected from Grade IV, V and VI in Amityville Elementary School. This was conducted during the School Year 2018-2019. Based on the gathered data, the following were the findings: Most of the respondents were female and within the age bracket of 9-10. There were 5 respondents in every grade level of IV, V and VI. Most of them were interested in arts and studying. The level of dexterity development of pupils in utilizing project-based learning in planning and construction of the project was fully developed, while in presentation of the project the dexterity was considered just developed. The problem encountered by the pupils in coming up with the artifacts for the problem-based learning was lack of technologies to use to gather information through searching in internet. In the light of findings of the study, the following conclusions were derived. Pupils' interest vary as they progress in their grade levels. Pupils' dexterity are fully developed in planning and construction of their project and just developed in presentation of the project. Research through technology delimit their creativity due to lack of facility is their most prevailing problem. In the light of findings and conclusions, it is recommended to Teachers that they can employ Project-Based Learning to develop students' dexterity, fundamental skills and 21st century skills.
