520 _aThis study sought to develop and assess of dollhouse as instructional materials in electricity subject. The developmental and descriptive method of research was used in the study. The respondents wore the TLE teachers in URS Cainta and URS Morong. A total of 10 TLE teachers were the respondents in this study. The researchers created a questionnaire checklist in developing and assessment of a dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject. It specifically aims to determine the steps undertaken by the researchers in developing and assessing a dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject. It also aims to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender and highest educational attainment and evaluate the acceptability of the developed and assessed of dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject in terms of style and design, durability, usability and safety and determine the significant relationship of the respondents profile in terms of style and design, durability, usability, and safety of the develop and assess of dollhouse as an instructional materials in electricity subject. Based on the findings, it says here that majority of the respondents in terms of age are below 26 with a frequency of 4 or 40%, in terms of gender, majority are males with a frequency of 8 or 90%, and in terms of educational attainment 9 out of 10 or 90% are college graduates and with units in masters with a frequency of 1 or 10%. Based on the result of the assessment of the developed dollhouse as an Instructional material in electricity subject in terms of style and design the respondents rated it with an obtained mean of 4.10 and it was verbally interpreted as "acceptable". In terms of usability the respondent rated it with an obtained mean of 4.28 and it was verbally interpreted as "very acceptable". In terms of durability the respondents rated it with an obtained mean of 3.94 which is verbally interpreted as "acceptable". And in terms of safety the respondents rated it with an obtained mean of 4.26 which is verbally interpreted as "very acceptable". Based on the data gathered there is no significant relationship between the respondents profile and in the developed and assessed dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject in terms of the style and design, durability, usability, and safety. Based on the findings and conclusion drawn, the following recommendations were hereby given for the purpose of developing the dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject. In developing and assessing a dollhouse as an instructional material for electricity subject the teachers should always prepared for the actual laboratory for students to enhance their performance. The teachers should continue to develop technology based skill since the result of this study showed that the teaching is more effective with the use of interactive materials. Administrators must lead the way to the development of teachers since this study identified the teacher performance in teaching. They could give several aspects of support like giving more trainings and seminars to the teachers in order for them to further develop their skills in the use of instructional materials. The government should try to raise funds to provide school the appropriate and interactive instructional materials that will help the students to relate with the lesson or topic. The study was conducted to meet the needs of the students learning needs and difficulties due to lack of references and instructional materials. The proponents look forward in determining the acceptability of the developed and assessed of dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject in terms of style and design, usability, durability and safety. Teaching is a multi-faceted human act for it involves a wide range of planning, strategies, interactions, organizational arrangement and material resources. But one of the major problems is the reproduction of hand outs for the lesson/topics. And this may cause another financial burden and interruption to the class. The solution for the problem is the main target of the researchers and the development and assessment of dollhouse as an instructional material in electricity subject.
