| 520 | _aThe study explored the supply chain management practices of grocery stores in Talim Island, Binangonan, Rizal. Given the island's geographic isolation, businesses faced challenges in maintaining efficient supply chain operations. This research aimed to analyze the current supply chain strategies of 22 grocery stores in terms of planning, implementation, and control, and to determine if demographic factors affected these practices. The researchers used the descriptive method of research and employed structured questionnaires as the main data-gathering instrument. This method allowed the researchers to systematically describe the practices and identify gaps within the supply chain operations of the participating grocery stores. The determined perception of the respondents showed that while most store owners had a general understanding of the importance of supply chain planning, many lacked formal documentation and advanced inventory systems. Manual processes remained common, and proactive disruption management was rarely practiced. | ||
