By examining how a new business establishes its presence and attracts customers in a competitive environment, the study offers valuable insights into effective promotional approaches. This study focuses on methods under the promotional mix: advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. The primary objective is to gather and analyze data to determine what strategies and how these strategies are applied by Dali, a convenience store, on how to promote its products. The data collection focused on the seven (7) branches of the convenience store within Binangonan, Rizal.
