This research was conducted in the selected public schools in the Division of Rizal during the Academic Year 2022-2023. The developed game was evaluated by Chemistry teachers and IT experts from the Division of Rizal utilizing an adopted questionnaire checklist. The comments and suggestions of the respondents were considered for the improvement of the digital game. In addition, Grade 9 students of Bernardo F. San Juan National High School served as respondents in testing the level of performance of students before and after exposure to the developed enhancement material. The digital game was originally designed by the researchers applying the learning competencies included in the “chemical bonding” topic of Science 9. The findings of this study employed that the developed Quick Bonding: Digital Game- based Activities in Science 9 was “Very Much Acceptable” as evaluated by both Chemistry teachers and IT experts with respect to the various criteria. Furthermore, the results of the study revealed that the in totality, the students had a "Fairly Satisfactory" performance before the exposure to the enhancement material and a "Very Satisfactory” performance after the exposure to the enhancement material which indicates that the use of the developed Digital Quick Bonding: Digital Game-based Activities in Science 9 is effective as an enhancement tool for Grade 9 students. | ||
