520 _aEXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle. It attempted to design and construct the device and through try-out and revisions made, the project reached its functional output and attained the project’s objectives. Likewise, it aimed to determine the level of performance of the Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle in terms of sensitivity and accuracy. Lastly it determined the level of acceptability of the Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle in terms of design, functionality, usefulness, safety and maintainability. The study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Morong Campus during the first semester of the School Year 2022 up to the second semester of the School Year 2022-2023. The respondents include five (5) experts and twenty-five (25) end-users. The researchers used a questionnaire-checklist as evaluated using a five-point scale and its corresponding verbal interpretation. The research methods used in this study were descriptive, developmental and experimental. The Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle was developed using materials that are locally available with reasonable priced. On the try-out and revision, researchers had gone several trials where some errors are found and made an opposite revision to achieve its expected output. The level of performance of Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle in terms of sensitivity and accuracy was extremely sensitive and very accurate. Likewise, the level of acceptability of Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle in terms of design, functionality, usefulness, safety and maintainability was extremely acceptable based on the evaluations made by the respondents. The study concluded that the developed Modified Anti-Theft System for Motorcycle was extremely sensitive and very accurate enough to meet standards. In terms of design, functionality, usefulness, safety and maintainability, it has also been determined to be extremely accepted by the respondents. The study recommends further study focusing on other features of the device and considering other variables.
