| 520 | _aThe study aimed to determine the Efficiency of the Services Extended to the Customers of Online Shop Applications on 3 year selected Financial Management student of University of Rizal System, Binangonan, Rizal. A researcher made questionnaire checklist was used as the main instrument in gathering the needed data on the efficiency of the services extended to the customer of online shop applications. This was also used to describe the profile of the respondents with respect to age, sex, product commonly availed, frequency of purchasing and mode of payment in online shopping. It also describes the extent of online shop application of services efficiency. The findings indicates that young female respondents commonly availed products and clothes at Shopee as frequently used online shop applications. It also indicates the efficiency of the online shop applications, as it provides convenience to the respondents as trust and convenience obtained as weighted mean of 4.30 and as very efficient. With regards to the problems' significance between the respondents and problems encountered shows that there was no significant difference. In terms of age and gender, the researcher determined that there is no significant variation in the respondents' profile on the efficiency of the services extended to the customers of online shop applications. Based on the study, clothing and Shopee are the most regularly purchased online products. Shopee is the most popular online shopping app. Shopee provides products on a monthly basis and prefers to pay cash on delivery, which is more convenient and secure. Online shopping applications can be effective if they improve the quality and services, they provide for conditioning client pleasure. The researchers also concluded that online shopping applications nowadays are the most convenient and the easiest way to purchase products. | ||
