Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Secondary Education University of Rizal System, Tanay, 2017 Summary: This study was to asses the "higher order Thinking skills of grade 10 students of University of Rizal System School year 2015-2016. Descriptive method was utilized in this study and there were eighty six (86) respondents. The instrument used in data gathering was a reading comprehension test. The data gathered were checked, tallied, analyzed and interpreted employing the following statistical treatment; frequency, percentage, and rank distribution were applied to determine the profile of the respondents. Average mean was applied to determine the level of Higher order Thinking skills of grades 10 students.
