EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study is entitled "Correlational Analysis of School Environment and Peer Influence of Students' Academic Performance". The study was conducted with a purpose of determining the level of school environment and peer influence on students' academic performance. There were one hundred (100) grade 10 participants from Teresa National High School. The study analyzed the relationship of school environment and peer influence on students' academic performance through frequency, percentage and correlation coefficient. The study made use of descriptive method of research. It involves survey technique using an adopted questionnaire checklist. The findings showed that there is no significant relationship between the level of influence school environment on students' academic performance. Peer influence, on the other hand, has a significant relationship on students' academic performance. Therefore, the study concludes that increase in peer influence can decrease the student's academic performance or vice versa. As a general recommendation, the students must choose also their friends wisely. They must focus on developing firm friendship with people with the same values and ideas they have. Guidance office should have lecture-forms or seminars about peers and their influences. Moreover, future researchers may conduct a similar study on different preferably outside the school using other variables.
