Dissertation note: Thesis BSOA University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2018 Summary: This study aimed to determine the level of job satisfaction of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration graduates of URSB Campus Academic Year 2014-2017. The study used descriptive method with the researcher's self-made instrument as the primary tool in gathering the data. This study sought to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, civil status, school year graduated, job position, employment sector, employment status, monthly salary, benefits and the perception of the respondents on the level of job satisfaction of graduates in terms of motivation factor and hygiene factor. This study employed the frequency, percentage and rank distribution to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was used to find out the respondents' perception on the level of job satisfaction of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration graduates. Furthermore, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was employed to determine the significant differences of respondents' perception on the level of job satisfaction of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration graduates with regard to their profile and as perceived by the graduates respondents. The findings revealed that many of the respondents were 23 to 25 years old. Most of the respondents were female. Almost all of the respondents were single and few were married. Less than half of the respondents were graduates of 2016 to 2017. Few of the respondents were clerk. Most of the respondents were in the private sector. Few of the respondents were regular or permanent. Few of the graduates had monthly salary of P8,001 to P10,000. Lastly, most of the respondents got allowance. The graduates' respondents perceived that the level of job satisfaction of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration graduates of URSB Campus Academic Year 2014-2017, with respect to motivation factor and hygiene factor were very much satisfied. It was also revealed that there is no significant difference on the level of job satisfaction of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration graduates of URSB Campus Academic Year 2014-2017 as perceived by the respondents when grouped according to their profile. Moreover, there is no significant difference on the level of job satisfaction of the graduates-respondents. After evaluating the result of the study, the researchers concluded that the BSOA graduates for Academic Year 2014-2017 are very much satisfied and contented in their jobs with respect to salary, position, nature of work, benefits, management, relationship with co-workers, and their work environment. The researchers concluded that there is no significant difference between the perception of the respondents in terms of job satisfaction with respect to motivation factor and hygiene factor and their profile. The researchers also concluded that the perception of the respondents on the job satisfaction of BSOA graduates did not vary.
