This study was conducted to determine the financial operations of G-Liner Bus Company in Taytay Rizal during Calendar Year 2017 with the respect to cash receipts and cash disbursement. The study used descriptive method with the questionnaire checklist as the major tool in gathering data. One hundred twenty (120) employees were employed as respondents of the study. They were grouped according to age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, monthly income and position. Different statistical treatments were used such as frequency percentage, rank distribution, weighted mean and one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). With respect to the profile of the respondents majority of them were 26-35 years old almost all were male and had monthly income of 6,000-10,000 a great majority were married and high school graduate and half were drivers. The G-Liner Bus Company always observe financial operations. With respect to the tested hypothesis, the data showed that there was no significant difference on the respondents' perception on the financial operations of G-Liner Bus Company in Taytay, Rizal in terms of educational attainment and monthly income. However, there was significant difference with respect to age, civil status, position and sex as regard to cash disbursement/outflows. The management of G-Liner Bus Company is aware of what they are doing and practicing with respect to financial operations. They are giving more time and effort to improve. Thus, it always leads to positive results or favorable output. The company main continue to maintain their financial operations and future researchers may consider conducting similar study using other variables.
