Dissertation note: Feasibility Study BSBA-MM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: The feasibility study aims to determine the viability, feasibility and profitability of the business. It will be general partnership and the coffee shop will be see in Brgy, San Roque, Angono, Rizal. The proposed business will be established in a rental space with 35 m2 at San Roque, Angono, Rizal. The business will need a total of Php 600 000. During the operating period, the owners will manage and supervise the shop in assigning duties and responsibilities of the personnel. A total of four (4) employees will be hired for the proposed business. In marketing the proponents are concerned with the demand, supply and pricing of the coffee shop. The proponents conducted a survey of the potential target market in Angono. The channel of distribution and projected sales and quantity are determined. The project also covers tax and legal aspects that are necessary for the establishment of the business. Income earned by the proposed business will taxed by the government. Fees and licenses required in establishment of business are itemized this part of the study. Financial analysis and estimates of the proposed business is the most important aspect of the study. Various assumptions on the projected cost in the establishment and operation of the business are shown. It also shows the projected income proving how profitable the business is. The study also discusses on how the proposed business will contribute to the community of Angono, Rizal particularly in Brgy. San Roque. The proponents also enumerated some problems that the proposed business might encounter and cited some recommendations.
