The study aimed to determine the Personnel Management Practices of Unilever Philippines Incorporated in Paco, Manila Calendar Year 2016-2017. There were 87 respondents the researchers got:The variables such as age, gender, civil status, educational attainment, were considered in this study. Likewiserules and regulations, compensation and supervision were considered. The researchers used the frequency, percentage and rank distribution; weighted mean and one-way analysis in variance in analyzing and interpreting the data gathered. Based on the results of the data gathered and proper statistical computation, majority of the respondents were aged 30 and below, female married, college graduate, has to 2-5 Years of employment and had a monthly income of P 8,000-10,000. It was also found out that that there is no significant differences on the respondents perception on Personnel Management of Unilever Philippines Incorporated in terms of age, gender, civil status, educational attainment and length of service. After evaluating the result of the study, the researchers recommended that the employee of the Unilever Philippines Incorporated should their career and their comment and earn quite nicely, management should have a good relation with the colleagues for a better performance, they should have a proper supervision better performance, management should understand the situation of their employee, and he management need to give more focus to their rules and regulation and a follow-up study is recommended using other variables.
