This study aimed to determine the factors affecting business administration performance of business entrepreneurs in Rodriguez, Rizal. It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2013-2014. The subjects of the study were forty five (45) entrepreneurs who own their businesses along E-Rodriguez Highway Montalban, Rizal. By the used of random sampling of entrepreneurial qualification sheet in every businesses, the researchers determined the qualified entrepreneurs in the said area. The descriptive method of research made use in the study to interpret the data gathered from 45 respondents who were given the questionnaire checklist. The observed results were tallied, computed and interpreted using appropriate statistical treatment. Frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, number of year's operations, capital investment, annual income and types of business. Mean was used to determine the factors affecting the performance of business entrepreneurs and to determine the significant difference between factors affecting the performance of business entrepreneurs and the profile of the business ANOVA was used.
