This study aimed to determine the financial risk management of restobars in Angono, Rizal Calendar Year 2016 in terms of credit risk, operational risk and market risk. The study used the descriptive method of research and questionnaire checklist to determine the present financial risk management of 100% Restobars in Angono, Rizal. The researchers utilized three registered Restobars out of 8 because 5 of them were not registered. The data collected were calculated, analyzed and interpreted using different statistical treatment such us frequency, percentage, rank distribution and weighted mean. Based on the data collected in terms of personal profile of respondents most are 25-30 Years old, female, high School and college graduate, employee of the business, 1-3Years of service, and have 10,000-15,000 monthly salary. With respect to the profile of the business, majority are operating below 3Years with a capital of below 100,000, majority of the business have 5-8 number of employees and operating for about below 3 Years. With respects to the credit risk of Restobars in Angono, Rizal, they always pay its obligation before the due date. They sometimes provide benefits for employees and considers' adjustments on price of food offered to customer on the price of competition. Relative to the findings of the researchers, the following are analyzed: The financial risk management of Restobar in Angono Rizal directly affects the profitability and the financial status of the business. The financial risk management is highly influenced by the following variables, credit, operational and market risk. The researchers recommends that restobar owners should register their business and continue to uphold the standard procedure in managing their financial risk to be able to ensure greater profit and more efficient administration of credit, operational, and market risk. Also, the employee's must be patient if they encounter some difficulty in collection of customers' payment. The restobars must keep proper records of the goods as well as monitoring of payments and offer discounts to attract and encourage the customers. And restobars should improve their preparedness on the natural calamities so that they are always ready for unexpected events.
