The researchers study is entitled Financial Management of Secondary Private Schools in Angono, Rizal. It aimed to determine the Financial Management of Secondary Private Schools in Angono, Rizal on two (2) specific areas namely, resource generation and allocation. The respondents of their study included the Private Schools Administration of Angono, Rizal coming from the ten (10) private Schools operating in Angono, Rizal. They were the Principal, Schools Directors, Cashier, and Financial Managers. The researchers choose to focus their study in Angono, Rizal considering that the municipality of Angono is rated to be one of progressive municipalities having many private Schools. Out of the ten (10) respondents, only seven (7) of them responded. The researchers used the questionnaire - checklist as their primary source of instruments in gathering data. Their secondary source include the internet application, financial management books for their study reference and other thesis to their study. Based on the researchers' findings and result, the respondents generate their income from the Schools fees their students paid. They are outstanding in allocating salaries of their teacher an employees. Thus, the researchers in concluding the outcome of their study find the recommendation useful to the respondent namely; the respondents should avoid obtaining loans from other financial institution; they should invest in other profitable businesses and activities for them to generate income from their available resources for future expansion and projects; allocate budget for growth and development to achieve good quality of service and to further enhance. .
