The respondents are the members of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations in Poblacion Binangonan, Rizal. The study employed the frequency, percentage and rank distribution to determine the profile of the respondents. The mean was computed to know the respondents perception on their financial management problems. Furthermore, One-Way ANOVA was employed to determine the significant differences between the profile and perception of Tricycle Drivers, Tricycle Operators and TODA Officers. Based on the summary of finding the researchers concluded the following: Majority of the respondents were in the age of 45 Years old above, most of them were male, married and high School graduate, most of them had been in the association for 6 Years and above. With regard to the respondent's perception on the Financial Management Problems Encountered by Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association in Poblacion Binangonan, Rizal in terms of basic needs the main problem of the respondents is the educational expenses of their sibling/children, in terms of financial securities the most problem of the respondents is the payment of their house rental, in terms of insurance the respondents are encountering problems of borrowing money to the association if one of the family member died, in terms of quality of life the most problem of the respondents is the savings of money for the transportation of their family vacation and in terms of investment the respondents are encountering the problem on building their own house. With respect to the tested hypothesis, there was no significant difference on the basic needs, financial securities, insurance, quality of life and investment of Tricycle Drivers, Tricycle Operators and TODA Officers in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, monthly income and Years of service.
