This study aimed to determine the Motivational Factors Applied by Placenta Formula Cosmetics Company, Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal. This is conducted in Taytay, Rizal. The respondents of the study are the selected employees of Placenta Formula Cosmetics Company, Inc in Taytay, Rizal. Descriptive method of research was used in utilizing a questionnaire checklist as the main instrument in gathering data and it also served as the basis for finding out the difference between the personal profiles of the respondents with regards to Motivational Factors Applied by Placenta Formula Cosmetics Company, Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal. This is conducted in Taytay, Rizal. Different statistical treatment such as frequency and percentage distribution are used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of Age, Sex, Civil Status, Educational Attainment, Length of Service, Monthly Income, Position Level and Status of Employment. Mean and standard deviation are used to determine the respondents Motivational Factors Applied by Placenta Formula Cosmetics Company, Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal. Based on the findings of the study the following conclusions were formulated. Most of the respondents were young adult teenagers, ranging from 21 Years old and below, mostly were male and single by status. With regards to their educational attainment majority of them were college graduate, with a length of service of 1 to 3 Years. Most of the respondents were production / mostly were regular with a monthly income of 10,000 and below. There are no significant differences on the respondents Motivational Factors Applied by Placenta Formula Cosmetics Company, Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal when grouped according to their profile such as age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, length of service, monthly income, position level and status of employment. The following recommendations are hereby offered; The management of Placenta Formula Cosmetics Company, Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal should provide compensation to the employees that commensurate to their effort. Likewise, the management too in their own capacity should provide high salary for their employees to enhance productivity. A well ventilated workplace should also be prioritized by the management to boost the morale of the workers and thus create good performance. The management should also exhibit their appreciation for all the employees who excel in their work and job performance by giving them well recognition in terms of monetary and non-monetary gestures.
