This study primarily aimed to determine the Capital Budgeting Analysis of Cooperatives in the First District of Rizal, Calendar Year 2016. The researchers used the descriptive method of research to determine the present study and perception of the respondents on the Capital Budgeting Analysis of Cooperatives in the First District of Rizal, Calendar Year 2016. The questionnaire checklist was the instrument used to collect necessary data from 40 multi-purpose cooperative with 18 respondents using different statistical treatment such as frequency, percentage, rank distribution, arithmetic mean, and One-way analysis of variance. With respect to the profile of the respondents, most of them were adults, majority of them were female and attained college level, half of them were married and most of them were presidents. In the profile of the cooperatives majority of them have been in operation for long Years now and exist up to 16-25 Years, with respect to the perception on capital budgeting analysis of cooperatives in the First District of Rizal, Calendar Year 2016 in terms of cash outflow, the acquired arithmetic mean of "provides budget for maintenance/repair of machineries" was 4.39 with verbal interpretation of "always", in terms of cash inflow, "informs clients on their accounts payable before due date" has a weighted mean of 4.61 and verbally interpreted as "always". The tested hypothesis had shown that there was no significant difference on the Capital Budgeting Analysis of Cooperatives in the First District of Rizal based on age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, present position, length of service, monthly income, Years of existence, initial capital, present capital, present number of borrowers, average amount of loan, common maximum credit period, cash outflow and cash inflow. Based on the summary of findings and conclusion, the researchers recommended the following: the cooperatives should acquire more knowledge in different types of business or service that they can enter and not concentrate only to the services already available in the cooperatives. The management must adopt new systems of monitoring financial performance that would lead them with measures of increasing revenues and decrease the costs of expenses. The cooperatives should use strategies and techniques to enhance further and develop their business growth. They need to focus more on using their asset in generating their income.
