Dissertation note: Feasibility Study BSBA-MM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: The study focused on the Production of Dragon fruit Drinks in Binangonan, Rizal. Calendar Year 2015=2016. It aimed todetermine the viability and feasibility of the business. The proposed product would be called Dragon Fruit Juice Drink which will be the newestnatural fruit drink for customers in Binangonan, Rizal. And other neighboring municipalities. A production house would be rented for the said purpose. The Business Organization would be in the form of asole proprietorship. It needs a total capital of P 900,000.00. The initial capital would finance the registration of business license/permit, store rental, thesalary of staffs, and in purchasingequipment and raw materials that will be usedin the production of fruit drinks. During the pre-operating period, the owner would take full responsibilityin doing all the necessary activities which include all the legal aspect that accompany it. On the operating period, the production staff will then be in charged in producing fruit drinks. Business hours would be Mondays through Saturdays, from 8am to 5pm. During the pre-operating period, the owner will take full responsibility in doing all the necessary activities. The marketing aspect is concerned with the demand, supply, and pricing of proposed product. The researchers conducted surveys and interviews with customers of the said product in chosen municipalities, to determine the demand and supply of Dragon Fruit Drink product in the market. Based on the gathered data as manifested on anactual survey it gathered a market share of 25 % based on population, the presumptions was evidently supported by the facts that all existing competitors are non-natural based with its contents. Likewise, the market demand was also promising, because it has a projected 65 % as reflected in an actual survey that they are willing to try the products not only because of its natural contents but because of the prize, is commendable enough for all kinds of consumer it's affordable . The proposed product shall be known for its nutritional benefits and goodness. Promotional activities shall include the conduct of product sampling in different public places in the municipalities and distribution of fliers and pamphlets to prospective clients and displaying tarpaulins. Financial analysis and estimates of the proposed business, being the most important aspect of the study, are discussed in the financial feasibility. Assumptions as to projected cost in establishment and operation of the business plus the projected income proving the business profitability are shown in this aspect. The researchers also cited possible problems which the proposed businesses might encounter upon its operation. And provided aplausible recommendation, With all existing aspect are meet and carefully analyze and presented the proposed project are deem viable and feasible enough to be established as a good business venture.
