Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA-HRDM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: The study aimed to determine the employees' perception on Conflict Management Practices of Employees in M&M Data Processing Corporation in Angono, Rizal Calendar Year 2015. The researchers used the Descriptive Method to determine the conflict management practices of employees in M&M data processing corporation in Angono, Rizal. Through the questionnaire-checklist, the necessary data gathered 100 respondents. The respondents are the employees of all departments of the M&M data processing corporation who answered the questionnaire of the study. The researchers used the following variables such as personal profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, position, and educational attainment, length of service, civil status, and employment status. Choice of M&M Data Processing Corporation. The data was tabulated, analyzed and interpreted using different statistical treatment such as Percentage, Rank Distribution, Weighted Mean and One-Way ANOVA. Based on the data gathered and proper statistical computation, most of the respondents of age 26-29 were 30.2 percent, are 34 Years old and above. Next in sex the female got 22-25 2 percent are 30 to 33 Year old, were 14.3 percent and 34 Years old and above were 11.1 percent and in terms of civil status 55.6 percent were single and 44.4 percent were married, the educational attainment 46.0 percent were college graduate, 39.7 percent were High School Graduate and 14.3 percent were others. The selection, organizational effectiveness and career development are agreed to the Conflict Management Practices of Employees in M&M Data processing Corporation in Angono, Rizal, are the data shows that the items "I am always willing to listen to others opinions, the acquired average weighted mean of 4.62 mean are verbally interpreted as "Definitely True" During a conflict I try to find some compromise", was ranked sixth with a weighted mean of 3.70 and interpreted as "True" and it shows that Work/Personal Conflict has computed the significance of .783 is greater than 0.05 level of significance therefore the null hypothesis is not rejected there is no significant difference. Based on the foregoing summary of findings and conclusions, the researchers drawn their recommendation that the Conflict Management Practices of Employees in M&M Data Processing Corporation should give full information regarding to the job vacancy and should focus on the maximum numbers of the candidates indeed by the organization. M&M data should be consistent is giving employment test for them to know the strength and weaknesses of the applicants and even the knowledge of employees regarding for their job/position. M&M Data Corporation should give the full information to the background of the company in order to give an idea and or information to the applicants and they should provide an evaluation form after the orientation and training. and M&M data corporation should provide qualified employees in regards to the clients' qualification and they should make a positive contribution to the clients' business.
