Dissertation note: Feasibility Study BSBA-MM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: This undergraduate feasibility study focused on a newly introduced product which can be enjoyed and patronized by people who using vinegar. This study was conducted to analyze the feasibility and viability of producing Pineapple Peel Vinegar in Binangonan, Rizal proposed by the following researchers Edlin Abulon, Gregorio Alcaraz Jr., Edward Non and Gieselle Timbol. The business named G.E.E.G. Company from the initials of the researchers. Pinya Rific Vinegar was the product name. The owners responsible in dealing with the government agencies to secure the necessary permits and licenses and other documents needed for the legal establishment of the business. vii The business organization will be formed as partnership. An initial capital investment of P120, 000.00 will be needed to establish the project with a Return of Assets (ROA) of 23% and Payback Period within 6 months after starting the operation. The initial capital investment will finance the registration and securing license, construction or renovation of the building, purchases of equipment and furniture. During the operating period, the owners will be assigned according to their expertise and knowledge. One (1) will act as the general manager who will be responsible for the effective and efficient flow of the activities and one (1) salesman. The two (2) employees will be the production workers. The manager will be given ₱350/day, the salesman will be given ₱300/day and the production workers will be given ₱300/day. The business will operate 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday. The primary target market of this study are the retailer stores in Binangonan, Rizal and based on the conducted survey 36% of household population are willing to purchase pineapple peel vinegar and 64% was not. The business will register and obtain clearances from government institutions which include following; DTI, Barangay Clearance, Business Permit, mandatory registration of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig Funds, TIN from BIR, and permits from DOLE. These permits or requirements are needed in business to be deemed as legal and therefore can operate according to the requirements of law.
