Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2018 Summary: This study primarily aimed to determine the experiences of HRDM graduates in their employment This study employed descriptive method of research, which was fact- finding method of adequate interpretation and qualitative research Analysis and interpretation of data gathered from face to face interview with the respondents, the instruments used was prepared questions for actual interview. The data given answered questions reflected in the staterment of the problem The observed results were carefully analyzed and interpreted The interview conducted involved fifteen HRDM graduates of URS Rodriguez Rizal; the researchers had guided interviewees and established a friendly relationship to get the best idea, but sometimes puts forward arguments against the proposition to extract further details. To understand more the You sent eNperienoes of HRDM graduates the researchers used specific variables that Commonly needed by differernt industries. Based on the gathered result fromn the respondents, the folloOWing were obtained On the profile of respondents in terms of age most of the respondents ages ranged from 22-25 years old. in terms of sex, there were 15 female HRDM Graduates. In terms of civil status there were 13 singles and 2 married. In terms of length of service, they have been working at least 1 to 3 years in service. Most of employees were permanent HR assistant and permanent marketing head. On the employment experiences of HRDM Graduates, in terms of benefits the respondents said that the compensations and bonuses were enough based on their time of work and it helped fulfill their needs in their daily activity. In terms of career development, they were convinced that it is important to improve their skill thrOugh team building and also to have a good communication with each other to become successful on their goal in the organization. In terms of their Job Security, the respondents said that they did perform very well as an employee to Sere their job. As an employee, one must know his/her rules and regulation wiin he organization. In terms in social relationship, the respondents said thatt ws god to socialize with other co-workers to become more productive and BRieve Ges goal in the organization On the problems met and suggestions of the sHRM grsdustes based on their employment experences the prevalent was esty ss job msrmatch nedeed degree that they finished was not math to
