After analyzing the summary of findings and conclusions, the following suggestions are recommended. Males should help or assist females in selling of fish. Since the majority of the retailers are females. And they are not capable in carrying tons of fish from one place to another. Male are more aggressive and capable in terms of doing difficult physical activities. Fish retailers should learn to keep records such as inflow and the outflow of their cash since most of them are borrowing capital to the so called five six (5-6) and to some financial or lending institution. Fish retailers should know how to separate their savings even single peso a day from their daily income. Time will come, their savings will accumulate and soon it will be their own capital, so that they will be free from paying interest due to borrowed capital that may lead to business fall. They must study and finish any courses either vocational courses or four Year courses that are related to their business for them to become more competent and knowledgeable in managing their business efficiently and effectively that may lead them to success.
