Several factors contribute to the success of a school system. Among these, the human factor is the most significant one. This is because of the people that use all other resources. Human Resource Management is about people at work and their relationships within the school system, HRM has four core systems: (a) Recruitment, Selection, and Placement, (b) Learning and Development, (c) Performance Management, and (d) Rewards and Recognition. This research evaluated the extent of implementation of the Human Resource Management System in Selected Private Schools in Commonwealth, Quezon City during the S.Y. 2021-2022. This study was participated in by 62 respondents, of whom 7 were admin staff, 4 were School Heads, and 51 were Private School teachers. Documentary analysis and descriptive evaluative methods were utilized through a Checklist questionnaire in determining the profile of Private schools and the extent of implementation of the Human Resource Management System while the Descriptive Qualitative method was used in assessing the problems and suggested solutions of the respondents in the implementation of HR. Thus, the research instrument made was modified from the Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education. Frequency distribution was used to determine the profile of Private Schools while mean was utilized in evaluating the extent of implementation of HRM. Then, interviews and thematic analysis were made to find out the problems/suggested solutions of the respondents in the implementation of HRM.
