This study aimed to determine the perceptions on Customer Relationship Management of Commercial Bank. The respondents of the study were the 180 depositors who were randomly selected by the researchers. These depositors came from 2 selected commercial banks in Rodriguez, Rizal namely Banco De Oro and Philippine National Bank (Formerly an Allied Bank Branch). This study used the descriptive method. This type of method is very applicable in the present study because the researchers researched previously conducted studies and got relevant information which had bearing on the present study.
