This study is aimed to determine the effectiveness of psychometric tests in recruitment and selection process at Nissan Gallery Ortigas. It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2011-2012.
The respondents of the study were fifty (50) employees of the said company
Descriptive research was employed using questionnaire checklist in gathering
data. The data gathered were tallied, tabulated, analyzed, and interpreted. To analyze the data gathered, the following statistical treatments were used, frequency, percentage distribution and ranking
Weighted mean was utilized to identify the effectiveness of psychometric test in recruitment and selection process at Nissan Gallery One-way ANOVA was applied to.
