The study focuses on the development and evaluation of Livestock Sales and Inventory System for Agri-Dynamics Breeding Corporation in Morong, Rizal. It was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016. The study was successfully conducted to provide a program that will handle all the transactions in Agri-Dynamics Breeding Corporation in more efficient and less time consumed. The level of acceptability of the developed system in terms of Accuracy, Content, Modifiability, Screen Design, User-Friendliness, Workability, Completeness and Portability was determined through a modified questionnaire checklist which was answered by (11) respondents of the study, they were composed of (5) staffs from Agri_Dynamics Breeding Corporation which were chosen purposively and six (6) IT instructors from College of Computer of Computer Studies (CCS) of University of Rizal System Binangonan who is knowledgeable of the system and they were chosen conveniently. Based on the presentation, analysis and interpretation made by the researchers it come up with following results and findings: It terms of "Portability", it has a computed weighted mean of 4.28, tied in ranked first and interpreted as "Highly Acceptable". With respect to "Accuracy", it has a computed weighted mean of 4.23, tied in ranked second and verbally interpreted as "Highly Acceptable". In terms of User- Friendliness and Workability, it has a computed weighted mean of 4.2, ranked Third and also interpred as "highly Acceptable". With respect to "Modifiability and Content", it has a computed weighted mean of 4.1, ranked Fifth and verbally interpreted as "Acceptable". In terms of "Completeness and Screen Design" the computed mean was 4.0, ranked seventh and verbally interpreted as "Acceptable. It showed that the General weighted mean of the level of Acceptability of the developed system is 4.13 which is verbally interpreted as "Acceptable". Base on the summary of findings and conclusions drawn, the following recommendation are hereby recommended by the researchers that the system may be implemented in Agri-Dynamics Breeding Corporation as a tool to have an accurate monitoring of sales and inventory, follow-up study may be conducted to measure the effectiveness of the developed system, future researchers may develop system / program that entertains upgrading and an equivalent study may be conducted which will provide more user-friendly environment to the users.
