Mesn wassed to determine the effects of On-the-Job mining program to BSBA fourth year stadents at the University of Rizal System-Rodriguez in terms of OJT performance, skills performance and persemality traits. One way Anova test was used to test the significant difference herween the profile of the respondents and the effects of On-the-Job training program to RSBA fourth year students at the University of Rizal System-Rodriguez. The results revealed that the majority of the respondents are female with a frequency of 76 or 76.00 percent belonged to the age bracket of 20 years old or with the frequency of 35 or 35.00 percem and major in Human Resource Development Management with a frequency of 40 of 40.00 percent. As to the effects of On-the-Job training program to BSBA fourth year students of the University of Rizal System in terms of OJT performance which obtain an average mean of 4.21 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Agree. Learn the job details quickly with a mean of 4.35 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Agree and enhances creative thinking and fair judgment with an average mean of 4.05 and Verbally Interpreted as Agree. As to the effects of On-the-Job training program to BSBA fourth year students of the University of Rizal System in terms of skills performance which obtain an average mean of 4.14 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Agree. It was found out that the OUT is confident in cooperating with company activities with of mean of 4.25 and Verbally Interpreted as Strongly Agree and increased the efficiency of productivity and improves the skills in basic office etiquette with the mean of 9.5 and Verbally Interpreted as Agree As to the effects of On-the-Job training program to BSBA fourth year students of the University of Rizal System in terms of personality traits which obtained an average mean af 4.15 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Agree. Develop the skills of gaining respect by deading to the other people with different attitudes with the mean of 8.22 and Verbally Interpreted as Strongly Agree and possessed the good attitude just like a worker and empire with the men of 4.03 and Verbally Interpreted as Agree The following conclusions were gathered based on the findings The majority of the respondents are female, twenty (200) years of age and Human Resource Development Management a particular field of study chosen by students to represent his or her principal interest and upon which a large share of his or her efforts are concentrated The effects of On-the-Job training program to BSBA fourth year students of the University of Rizal System in terms of OJT Performance, the training is design not only for showing what the actual job is but also enhancing the skills, knowledge and performance of the students or trainees. Introducing the working environment serves as a big help in learning the nature and details of the job quickly. In terms of Skills Performance, on the other hand, On-the-job training is ideal for developing specific skills, understanding how the skills and behaviour can be transferred to the job. experiencing all the aspects of completing a task or dealing with interpersonal issues that arise on the job. In terms of Personality Traits, the practical way of learning is working alongside wherein students acquire both general skills that are needed in a particular job. Gaining respect is very important for students undergoing on-the-job training in communicating with other people that he must accompanying On-the-job training program involve a program design to teach students that they must know and do in order for them to complete their task successfully.
