This study aimed to determine employment status of BSBA graduates in Major in Human Resource Development Management. It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2013-2014.
The subjects of the study were eighty six (86) Human Resource Development Management Graduates. Descriptive research using questionnaire checklist was used in gathering data for the statistical treatment of the data frequency, and percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the Age, Sex, Civil Status, and year graduated. To learn the employment significant difference.
This Study revealed that the majority of the respondents in terms of sex were 56 out of 86 respondents were female and the remaining 30 are male. In terms of year graduated 28 out of 86 were from S.Y 2012-2013 graduates, 29 out of 86 were S.Y 2011-2012 and the remaining 29 were from S.Y: 2010-2011. In terms of civil status there were 84 single with the percentage of 17.67 while the remaining 2 are married with the percentage of 2.33 percent.
