The respondents were seventy five (75) beneficiaries of Agrarian Reform programs in Barangay Macabud through the random sampling. On the profile of the respondents, The table shows that the respondents are ages ranged from 40 and above with a frequency of 40 or 53.34 the data imply that the respondents are matured enough to tackle the raised issues in this study. Followed by Sex, wherein most of the respondents are male with the frequency of 51 or 68.0%. In terms of the number of Educational Attainment, that majority of the respondents were elementary graduates with a frequency of 31 or 41.33%.
