Online resources: Dissertation note: UGTHESIS-CD Bachelor of Science in Community Development University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal Summary: This study was conducted to determine the implementation of community development programs in barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City asbasis for a Community Development Plan. One hundred fifty (200) residents were taken as respondents from the families who lived in different areas of Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City. Questionnaire checklist was used to gather the needed data. The results were tabulated, and statistical treatment was applied. Frequency and Percentage Distributions were used to show the profile of the respondents in terms of Age, Sex, Educational Attainment and Types of family. Weighted Mean was used to get the respondents level of awareness on the programs held by Barangay Commonwealth Quezon City. The profile of the respondents showed that 20:50 of the respondents are 28-32 years old while 11% of the respondents are 38-42 years old. There are proper distributions of the respondents age of the 200 respondents 53.50% are female and 46.50% are male. In terms of educational attainment, 52 are high school undergraduates, 40 are elementary graduate and 34 are elementary undergraduate only 12 are college graduate. As to the type of family 121 belong to nuclear family and the rest are within are extended family. The respondents on the Social Development Programs perceive the program are well-implemented with a mean of 3.52% in terms of Health and Sanitation Programs the mean is 3.16 also implemented as well-implemented. The Social-Cultural and Sports Development Programs are very well-implemented with an average mean of 4.39. In terms of Disaster Risk Reduction Management Programs, the average mean is well- implemented. In terms of gender and development the average mean is 3.40 which is verbally interpreted as well implemented, the programs of the protection of children as also well implemented with an average mean of 3.12 Capital outlay obtained an average mean of 3.11 verbally interpreted as implemented. Task force Youth Development Plan obtained an average mean of 2.52 which was verbally interpreted as well implemented.
