This study aimed to determine the level of awareness on the roles of Non- Government organizations and People's organizations in Barangay Rosario Rodriguez, Rizal. The one hundred (100) selected persons were taken as respondents utilizing simple. The study ought to answer the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, out of 100 respondents in terms of sex are female, In terms of Educational Attainment are high school graduates, in terms of civil status are married, in terms of year of residency are 13 years and above; therefore In terms of Level of Awareness of the Roles of Non government organizations (NGO) of residence of Barangay Rosario Rodriguez, Rizal holding institutions to account, promoting transparency and accountability in the computed mean is 3.48 and verbally interpreted as Aware. In terms of raising awareness of societal issues and challenges and advocating for change the mean is 3.55 and verbally interpreted as aware. In terms of delivering services to meet societal needs such as education, health, food and security implementing disaster management, preparedness and emergency response computed mean is 4.01 and verbally interpreted as Much Aware. In terms bringing unique knowledge and experience to shape policy and strategy, identifying and building solution the computed mean is 3.75 and verbally interpreted as aware.
