Dissertation note: Feasibility Study BSBA-MM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: The proposed project is entitled "Production of Flavoured Lumpia Wrapper in Cardona, Rizal." The product would be known "MaCaSquash Lumpia Wrapper" and it would be marketed in Binangonan, Cardona and Morong Public Markets. The said project aimed to determine the viability and feasibility of the product. The business organization would be in the form of partnership, it would need a total capital of Php 200,000. The initial capital will finance the registration and securing license, construction or renovation of the building, vehicle needed in transportation of the product, office supplies and purchases of equipment and furniture. During the operating period, the owners would manage and supervised all of the work of the personnel involved in the production. The business will be open from Monday to Friday at 8 o'clock in the morning until 5 o'clock in the afternoon. This project also covered tax and legal matters imposed by the government. The goal of the business is to help people to become healthy and for the vendors to have a new product to sell in the market. The primary target market of this study are the vendors in Binangonan, Cardona, and Morong public markets who sell lumpia wrapper. It was found that the flavoured Lumpia wrapper has a high demand in market, out of 100% target market, 96% are willing and interested to purchase the said product. The researchers get the assumed forecast of 25% of the said target market on its initial Year of operation. In this study, the proponents also enumerate some problems that might be encountered during the project operation and recommendations are also presented to become equally competitive to improve the product to stand still in the business environment. It is necessary for every business to meet problems in its operation and that would serve as a challenge in the management yet the researchers cited strategies to equate the aforementioned scenario thus to continue in its tolerance in the prevalent market. After considering all aspects regarding the production of Flavoured Lumpia Wrapper, the researchers concluded that the proposed project is feasible and viable to venture out in this kind of business endeavor.
