Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA-FM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: This study aimed to know the Competencies of Vietnamese Graduates of University of Rizal System Binangonan, School Year 2008-2015. The study used the descriptive method. A questionnaire checklist was the primary source of data in this study to determine the Vietnamese graduates' competencies. The respondents were the employers and co-employees/peer of the graduates, they gathered data through the use of questionnaire checklist from 64 respondents and 38 Vietnamese graduates, by applying various statistical treatments such as frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean and One-Way ANOVA. Based on the results of the study in terms of level and leadership skills, the data showed that for the employers of Vietnamese Graduates, Participate actively in business associations and Able to comply with their policies and obligations obtained the highest mean of 3.94 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of interpersonal skills, Treats people with respect obtained a mean of 4.16 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of personal management skills, employers revealed that, Prepare reports, proposals and concept papers and evaluate reports, proposals and concept papers obtained a mean of 3.84 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of decision making skills, Consider cost, benefits and risk before making and implementing decisions obtained a mean of 3.81 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of information technology skills, Develop the ability to access information using IT obtained a mean of 3.75 and a verbal interpretation of competent. For the co-employees/peer, in terms of leadership skills, Participate actively in business associations obtained the highest mean of 4.13 and a verbal interpretation of "competent, in terms of interpersonal skills, Demonstrate the value of fairness and shows the value of transparency obtained a mean of 4.19 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of personal management skills, Prepare reports, proposals and concept papers obtained a mean of 4.00 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of decision making skills , Conduct feasibility study and other business research and Generate good alternatives obtained a mean of 3.97 and a verbal interpretation of competent, in terms of information technology skills, Foster the ability to retrieve information using IT obtained a mean of 3.93 and a verbal interpretation of competent. Based on the conclusion formulated and summary of findings, the researchers formulated some recommendations. The University must increase or give more orientation in dealing with human relations preferably how students opposite sexes kind of approach to other people inside and outside of the School institution. The Vietnamese Graduates are encourage to enhance their knowledge and technical skills through participation in different trainings or take advance courses related to their position in order to adapt to change in dealing with new technology. The School organization must utilized a variety of trainings and seminars on how to improved students' skills in order for them become more competent in interacting with other people.

This study aimed to know the Competencies of Vietnamese Graduates of University of Rizal System Binangonan, School Year 2008-2015. The study used the descriptive method.
