This study aimed to determine the Working Capital Management of Grocery Stores in Antipolo Public Market Calendar Year 2015 in Terms of Cash Management, Accounts Payable Management, Accounts Receivable Management and Inventory Management. The study used the descriptive method of research and questionnaire checklist to determine the present working capital management of grocery stores in Antipolo Public Market. The researchers utilized 39 merchandise stores. The data collected were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted using different statistical treatment such as frequency, percentage, rank distribution and weighted mean. Based on the data collected in terms of personal profile of respondents, most are 31 to 46 Years old, female, married and a high School graduate. With respect to the profile of the business, most of the respondents are sole proprietor, operate for about below 10 Years and start their business with a initial capital of below one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000.00) while the present capital is below one hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱150,000.00). Likewise, most of the respondents' sources of capital are from the owners savings and lastly most of the grocery stores have two numbers of employees. With respect to the cash management of the grocery stores in Antipolo Public Market, they always sell their goods and services on cash basis. Likewise, they always pays debts within due dates in terms of accounts payable management. Then, in terms of accounts receivable, they always ensures strictly the collection of cash. Furthermore, they always provide good quality of inventories and maintain the availability of good storage facilities in terms of inventory management. The researchers recommended that the owners and/or managers of the said business in Antipolo Public Market should deposit or invest the cash generated in the bank with a high return so that they might have sustainable profit in order to pay the working expenses of the business. Also, they should maintain credit policy in order to ensure strictly the collection of cash, so that the money collected can be utilized for additional products to earn greater profit. They must update reports regularly to monitor the in and out of the product.
