Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA-MM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: This study primarily aimed to determine the Marketing Strategies of Alliance in Motion Global Incorporated in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Descriptive Method was used in the study, which is the most appropriate method in determining the Marketing Strategies of Alliance in Motion Global Incorporated in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The researchers used the cluster sampling technique in selecting the respondents. Based on the presentation, analysis and interpretation made by the researcher, the following findings were presented. As to the profile of the respondents; wherein customers in terms of age, the majority of respondents were young adults aging eighteen to twenty-five Years old since they are the most active agents in terms of networking. In terms of sex and civil status, respondents got the majority of female and single, respectively. In terms of educational attainment, majority of them are college graduate and most of them have the initial capital of seven thousand to nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine. In terms of Years of existence, majority of respondents are involve in networking business for five to six Years with eleven thousand one hundred to fourteen thousand nine hundred ninety-nine majority average monthly income since most of them have been in the industry for a long time. The respondent's perception to the Marketing Strategies of Alliance in Motion Global top ranked in terms of people wherein they provide well trained employees in customer service. When it comes to product they provide quality products and services. In terms of Price they allow customer to use credit card while in terms of Promotion they support community project. In terms of physical evidence, they offer good quality of packaging while in terms of process they ensure that the customers received service quality. In terms of Place they ensure that the customers are comfortable during their stay. As marketing strategies, physical evidence ranked as one which was interpreted as always to be the most effective Marketing Strategies of Alliance in Motion Global Incorporated among seven marketing strategies the customer prefer to give value and importance to the physical evidence of the product. It is a requirement to have a good quality of packaging since the products that they offer needs a secured container to avoid contamination of the product. Physical evidence is a factor that influences the consumers buying behavior that satisfies their needs. Alliance in Motion Global Incorporated achieve their high customers Packaging process is a significant to the company since it is one of the factor that influence the customers knowing that the company exports in other countries, this make their product more profound than other network marketing companies. Data gathered implied that there was no significant difference on the respondent's perception on the Marketing Strategies of Alliance in Motion Global Incorporated in Ortigas Center, Pasig City in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, initial capital, Years of existence and monthly income, hence the null hypothesis was accepted. Based on the findings and conclusion drawn, the following recommendations were given: The management should also provide deliveries for the convenience of their customers especially for those who are far from their office; they must monitor their product before the delivery process to avoid loss quality; the company must provide spacious parking for their customer; management should also offer discounts/gifts for their loyal customers to motivate them patronage even more your product; the company must give information about the product since they are using word of mouth in selling a product; the company should always deal with a smile to customer and make them feel welcome and comfortable and lastly, Alliance in Motion global must extend their office for the accessibility of their customer.
