This study focused on determining the factors affecting the level of performance of Office Staff of Medium Enterprises in Taytay, Rizal Calendar Year 2016-2017. The researchers employed descriptive method to gather information or collect the data regarding the factors affecting the level of performance of office staff of medium enterprises in Taytay, Rizal. The researchers used the questionnaire checklist as a primary data gathering tool. It was divided into two parts: first part was about the profile of the respondents in terms of gender, age, civil status, length of service, status employment and educational attainment, the second part dealt with the different variables such as salary compensation package, relation to supervisor, peer relation, work environment, and personal growth. Frequency, Percentage and Rank Distribution; Weighted Mean, Mean and One-Way Analysis of variance were used in analyzing and interpreting the gathered data. Based on the summary findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are presented: The managers should acquire their employees to attend a seminar/training for better acquisition of work. The medium enterprises should provide complete equipment to enhance the work efficiency and effectively of an office staff. The medium enterprises should provide benefits like medical, incentives, and loans to improve the quality of work. The office staff should have an open communication with their colleague to have a strong relation and successful work. A similar may be conducted to strengthen the weak aspect of the study and by using different variables, subjects and setting.
