This study was conducted to determine the performance in English of the fourth year high school students in the National Achievement Test (NAT). Descriptive method was used in this study to gather the needed information. The respondents were the fourth year high school students of University of Rizal Systen Tanay, SY 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. The data gathered were interpreted utilizing statistical tools such as frequency, percentage distribution, rank and mean. The primary instrument used in gathering data was the documented result of the National Achievement Test (NAT) which covers English Grammar and Critical Thinking. The students got a "Beginning" level specifically on both areas.
